i've accepted biological sciences in ntu already
besides the worry of the job prospects, i like science as a subject
but what future jobs can i take on in the future
university courses will decide your fate in the future
i hope it won't be a wrong decision
appealing to other universities?
yepp. to NUS FASS for economics.
and somehow i'm still clinging on to the slim chance that SMU will still accept me
given they've not rejected me
but that's unlikely.
i'm just going to see what comes next and make the best of what i have.
this is the only chance i have
and i'm not going to destroy it
i'll work hard. i really will
determination; i hope will last me through till the very end

i had my 7th driving lesson yesterday
and i'm still horrendous at changing lanes :(
no confidence in accelerating and instead, i'll step on the foot brake.
o'wells.
anyway! today i finally met up with my class
after over a month of absence and we went for ktv-ing at bedok
as usual they were talking about everything foreign (army!)
and we were trying to look for nobody by wonder girls in their system
but they only had tell me
which is also another ear worm!
hahahas. still prefer nobody :D
i want nobody nobody but you!!! * clap clap* *clap*
hahahas. okay.
85 market followed next
today we ate the bbq sting ray and the owa jian!
but somehow i felt that today's one isn't as nice as before already
i still have such a long way to go for driving :(

but if you embrace the future with optimism
maximising the most of what you have
instead of thinking of the possibilities of things that could have happened
life will always be beautiful and exciting
when greed overwhelms our minds
and we feel that nothing we have is enough
we should always step back to count our blessings
instead of comparing it with the extremely fortunate children
why not just think of those who are suffering
we are all truly fortunate to have parents
to support us throughout our education
who showers us with unconditional love
it's only recently
that i've realised and made a mental note to myself
not to whine so much about life
cause life isn't that bad as i perceived it to be
i should stop yearning for more things
when what i have is already more than enough

EGGCITED! :D
yeayeayea.after such a long break from driving
i'm finally going to get my hands back on the wheel again tomorrow
plus i shall remind myself to book more lessons and the test date
if not i think i'll not even complete the course before my PDL expires!
argh.
excited to drive again:D
and just yesterday
i went to bed at around 1 am
and guess what time i really slept?
2 ? 3?
WRONG! it was 6 am.
horrendous feeling and i was lying in bed so frustrated that i couldn't drift off to my lalaland.
growl. hopefully today will be better:D
may is ending and june is approaching
this means i'm left with only 1 week to decide my path.

because you haven't sent me any rejection letters

hello!! i'm back in singapore already (:hehe. right. home's still the best after all.
and i'm back in my lovely comfort zone once again
the UK trip
was pretty enjoyable.
nice brick houses. lakes streams. shopping streets instead of shopping malls.
and the sinfully fattening cream teas.
talking about cream teas
i'm currently waiting for my mac order to be delivered
i think they're quite busy considering that they're only gonna deliver our orders at 1 am.
pictures shall be up some other time.
but hmmm. i've not even uploaded the china photos yet!

yesterday.went out with cow and lynette for dinner at the airport
ate at earle swesen's and i ordered the cottage pie again.
it was real funny racing to earle swensen's with those funny brisk walking.
coffee bean was our next stop.
and that was all that we had
even though we didn't meet for a long time, i certainly felt that it was a fun outing (:
thank youuuu
today.
had to wake up at 930 to wait for my dad's registered mail to be re-delivered.
asked mom if i should check the mail and she gave me the frustrated look.
me: should i check the mail
mom: ): < if you feel that you should do it just go and do it
me: but the outcome is always the same. no acceptance letters!
i thought as usual it was filled with my sisters mother father's mails without any NTU NUS or even SMU's envelopes.
and i saw beneath some letters ... a NTU envelope.
i've finally gotten an acceptance offer!!
but erm this one's from ntu biological sciences.
still waiting to see if smu will accept me or not ):
and i still wanna know what nus will accept me for!
o'wells. gonna check my mailbox again when i come back and hopefully i'll see some smu envelope ): *prays*
it may not be my first choice but it definitely made my day.
at least i know i'm not being rejected for everything i applied for(:
but really. i hate the way they make people wait so long ):
the long wait heightens the nervousness

i'm almost done with packing?maybe maybe not.
haven't done the final check and i'm unable to dump some clothes into my luggage yet cause the part-time maid is still ironing them. o'wells

HAPPY HAPPY
today! went out with allie!!!it feels like eons since i last met anyone and today was nonetheless quite fun.
so today we ate sushi tei for lunch! and it was within my budget for lunch! i Must save money!
today's lunch was super early ! ate it at around 11.30 when sushi tei just opened! hahahas
so after lunch we went to walk around before our movie: 17 again!
yes i know it's quite an out-dated film alr. but i hadn't the time to watch it yet.
okay! it was such a bad idea walking into esprit!! lots of sale racks! for it's previous season.
hahahas. so after that was SHOW TIME! (: (:
never regretted paying 7.50 to watch it. definitely worth it!!
cause zac efron is so cute inside (:
i love his clear blue eyes. hehehe!! and he looks so good with that pair of aviator sunglasses. is that what you call it? oh whatever.
berrylite was our next stop! cause allie had taekwando at 7.30. yupps.
hehehe!! the white choc one wasn't too bad.
but i couldn't buy cause i was bloated after subway *that reminds me i still have the cookie in my bag*
shall buy some other time perhaps!
headed home after allie went to meet her fam.

that's cause i just watched BOF which was being screened on KBS world.
and apparently they're already at episode 23 which i didn't know!
i thought they were much slower than that.
so anyway, it got me all crazy over kim bum again. hehehe.

i hate you swine!
things haven't been going my way lately !thank you stupid swine flu
for making so many people's lives so miserable.
for robbing the enjoyment and freedom that we all used to have.
you disgust me ! ): <
i hate you period.
and because of the swine flu and the no. of suspected cases in the UK
we're contemplating real hard at whether to go or not to go.
Conclusion to be made tomorrow which i think the outcome will more or less remain the same- that is, we've more or less decided to stay on safe grounds.
i think, (no offence) mexicans should really just be responsible enough to stay in their own country.
that's the only way the swine flu will be well contained.
enough on babbling away with all the negative thoughts...
well. safety comes first right.
so i guess i'll just have to accept this stinking reality.
