life isn't a smooth-riding journeyit's a rollercoaster ride with ups and downs
uncontrollable and unprecedented
but if you embrace the future with optimism
maximising the most of what you have
instead of thinking of the possibilities of things that could have happened
life will always be beautiful and exciting
when greed overwhelms our minds
and we feel that nothing we have is enough
we should always step back to count our blessings
instead of comparing it with the extremely fortunate children
why not just think of those who are suffering
we are all truly fortunate to have parents
to support us throughout our education
who showers us with unconditional love
it's only recently
that i've realised and made a mental note to myself
not to whine so much about life
cause life isn't that bad as i perceived it to be
i should stop yearning for more things
when what i have is already more than enough
